For Domestic orders within USA, Our return policy lasts 7 days after you received the product. This return policy DOES NOT apply to SALE items or trunk show or any designer site show items. There is NO RETURN or EXCHANGE for SALE items or trunk show or any designer site show items.

Item should reach us back within 7 days from the day customer has received it at their end. If 7 days have gone by since your received the delivery from us, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Also note that transaction fee (varies on the value of the products purchased) and shipping fees are deducted from your final amount of the returned items.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
